KYC and RFID Card: Here, you’ll meet our friendly representative who will assist you with your KYC formalities and collect your essential RFID card. This crucial card grants you access to the holy cave, so keep it safe!

Your Srinagar Ride: Relax and settle into a comfortable non-AC vehicle as our representative transfers you to your hotel in Srinagar. Immerse yourself in the bustling streets and vibrant cityscape as you make your way.

Home Away from Home: Check into your cozy hotel and unwind after your journey. Take a moment to freshen up and prepare for the exciting itinerary ahead.

Yatra Briefing: In the evening, gather for a comprehensive briefing about the Amarnath Yatra. Our experienced guide will explain the dos and don’ts, route details, and essential information to ensure a smooth pilgrimage.

Day 2: Srinagar Hotel – Pahalgam Helipad – Panchtarni Helipad

Amarnath Yatra: Ascending to Panchtarni

Preparation:

• Pack Essentials: Ensure you have your helicopter tickets (both up and down), original medical certificate, and ID cards readily available.
• Fuel Up: Have a hearty breakfast or grab a packaged option for the road.

Journey to Pahalgam:

• Scenic Drive: Hop into the non-AC vehicle for a 2-3 hour picturesque drive from Srinagar to Pahalgam.

Pahalgam Helipad:

• Walk to Helipad: Upon arrival, walk towards the designated helipad area.
• RFID Card (Optional): If you haven’t already, get your RFID card after completing KYC formalities.
• Security Check: Be prepared for a CRPF security check before approaching the helipad counter.

Helicopter Boarding:

• Ticket Processing: Get your ticket stamped, go through the weighing procedure, and collect your boarding pass as soon as possible for an early flight.
• Soaring to Panchtarni: Buckle up and enjoy the breathtaking helicopter ride to Panchtarni, marveling at the Himalayan panorama.

Arrival at Panchtarni:

• Campsite Location: Your pre-arranged Amarnathji campsite is just a few minutes’ walk towards the right side of the Panchtarni Helipad.
• Holy Cave Distance: Remember, the holy cave is approximately 6 km away (2-3 hours) from Panchtarni, accessible by walking or pony ride.

Helicopter Cancellation:

• Ticket Stamping: In case of helicopter cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, get your ticket stamped at the helipad to claim a refund.
• Alternative Option: Consider hiring a pony palki (book online at Ponypalki.com) if helicopters are unavailable.

Time Restrictions:

• Movement is strictly restricted after 2 PM (potentially extended to 3 PM by the government) between:
  • Srinagar and Neelgrath/Pahalgam/Baltal helipads.
  • Panchtarni and the holy cave.

Helicopter Slots:

• Travel Windows:
  • 9 AM – 6 PM for traveling towards Panchtarni.
  • 6 AM – 12 PM for returning to Pahalgam Helipad.
• Be prepared for potential changes due to demand and weather.

Delay Potential:

• Accommodation Challenges: In case of helicopter delays, finding accommodation near Pahalgam might be difficult.
• We can try arranging alternative accommodation on the spot, subject to availability and additional costs.

Overnight Stay:

• Campsite Comfort: Settle into your comfortable and hygienic campsite at Panchtarni.
• Delicious Langar: Enjoy the hygienic and self-service buffet-style langar meals.
• Rest and Recuperation: Prepare for the next leg of your spiritual journey with a restful night.

Day 3: Panchtarni Helipad to Pahalgam (By Helicopter) – Srinagar

Descending from Panchtarni and Unveiling Srinagar’s Charm

Morning:

• Rest Replenished: Wake up refreshed after a restful night in your Panchtarni campsite.
• Campsite Checkout: Complete the checkout formalities and prepare for your return journey.

Helicopter Descent:

• Soaring Downward: Catch a helicopter from the Panchtarni helipad back to Pahalgam. Enjoy the stunning aerial views as you descend.
• Pahalgam Arrival: Upon arrival at the helipad, reunite with your non-AC vehicle and prepare for the drive back to Srinagar.

Srinagar Awaits:

• Scenic Journey: Enjoy the picturesque 2-3 hour drive through the valleys as you return to the vibrant city of Srinagar.

Sightseeing Delights (if time permits):

• Mughal Marvels: Visit the majestic Mughal Gardens – Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chasma Shahi.
• Panoramic Views: Ascend Shankaracharya Temple and marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of Srinagar and the Dal Lake.
• Floating Palace: Embark on a serene shikara ride (on additional charge) on the iconic Dal Lake and glimpse the enchanting Pari Mahal floating palace (subject to availability).

Day 4: Srinagar Hotel – Gulmarg Sightseeing – Srinagar
