Agreement to Terms: By using this website and booking services with us, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Please read these terms carefully before booking. If you have already booked, you can request a copy by contacting us. For any inquiries, please contact us.

1. No Refund Policy:
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the tour’s commencement.
   • Cancellation requests made after 1st April 2025 will result in zero refund.
   • Helicopter tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time.
2. Token Amount:
   • A minimum of 50% of the token amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
3. Refund Provisions:
   • 91–365 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost (excluding GST) will be refunded if the full amount has been paid.
   • Less than 91 Days Before Departure: No refunds will be issued.

1. Additional Charges:
   • Extra charges will apply for extended stays on a prorated basis.
2. Itinerary Changes:
   • Itineraries are subject to change based on prevailing conditions.
3. Sightseeing Rules:
   • Sightseeing will not be arranged for arrivals after 2 PM on the first day.
   • Unutilized services will not be refunded or adjusted.
4. Jammu & Kashmir Transport Rules:
   • Local transport may be required for specific locations like Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, and Aru Valley in Pahalgam, or in Gulmarg and Sonamarg. Additional charges will apply.
   • Vehicles will adhere to local union regulations and designated parking rules.
5. Weather-Related Delays:
   • Services missed due to weather or delays in trekking/helicopter schedules will not be refunded or adjusted. Additional arrangements will incur extra costs.
   • Vehicle movements are restricted post 2:30 PM from certain locations. Stays and transport in such cases will be the traveler’s responsibility.
6. Transportation on Final Day:
   • Transporters will wait at the helipad until 2 PM. Beyond this time, extra charges will apply, or the vehicle will return to Srinagar. Luggage left in vehicles can be collected from designated hotels.
7. Short-Duration Packages:
   • Short packages (e.g., 2 Nights/3 Days) are not recommended due to higher risks of incomplete tours caused by weather conditions.
8. Helicopter Services:
   • If helicopters do not operate, tickets must be stamped for a full refund via a credit note (valid for 365 days). Rescheduling depends on operator availability.
   • Helicopter services typically operate until 5-6 PM, with potential extensions depending on daylight.
9. Tents and Accommodation:
   • Tents provide basic facilities for overnight stays, designed for an adventurous experience.
10. Helicopter Ticket Price Updates:
    • Price changes due to external factors will require additional payments. For reference, the 2024 cost was ₹6500 from Neelgrath and ₹9800 from Pahalgam.
11. Vaishno Devi Tours:
    • Helicopter tickets for Vaishno Devi are available at ₹4200 per passenger through online booking.
12. Cancellation Requests:
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Requests made via phone or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
13. Force Majeure Situations:
    • For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19, natural calamities), 25% of the total amount will be retained as an administrative charge. Remaining amounts will be adjusted for the next year’s pilgrimage.
    • Credit notes are valid until the last date of the following year’s pilgrimage and are non-transferable.
14. Jurisdiction:
    • All disputes are subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction only.
15. Refund and Adjustment Conditions:
    • Refunds and adjustments apply only to the same tour, for the same number of persons and duration. Reductions in participant numbers will be treated as cancellations, with no refunds provided.
16. RFID Cards:
    • RFID cards are mandatory and must be collected from designated locations.
17. Helicopter Service Limitations:
    • Helicopter operators follow Shrine Board rules, and timing adjustments or other requests cannot be guaranteed.
18. Partially Used Services:
    • No refunds will be provided for partially used or unused services.
19. Tour Nature:
    • The Amarnath Yatra is not a luxury tour. For luxury services, alternative tours are recommended.

• Package costs exclude additional transport or accommodation required due to unforeseen delays.
• Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Refund percentages apply to package prices only.
• Travelers are responsible for timely arrivals and adherence to schedules.
